Meal Benefits

The meal benefit online application is available on the BCPS website, under the Parent tab, or by a direct link to the application.

To Apply Online:

  1. www.bcps.org
  2. Click on “Parents”; then click “Meal Benefit Online Application”
  3. Select a language (English or Spanish) to start the application process
 

Preferred internet browsers include:  Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, or Microsoft Edge.

Parents will receive a confirmation page upon completion of the application which reads, Thank you for submitting your application.  There will be an application ID# listed at the bottom of the confirmation page that starts with 18.  If the parent does not receive a confirmation page, then the application needs to be resubmitted.

Important Note:  Students enrolled in the 87 schools approved as Community Eligibility Provisions (CEP), do not need to apply for meal benefits.  All CEP schools provide meals at no cost to students without a meal application for the 2020/2021 school year.
